Free Sci-Fi Spaceships and Drones Asset List
It is amazing the amount of quality assets that many creators generously put out for free. Here is a list of what I have found on the Unity3D’s asset store. I will continue to update this list over time.
This should be a good starting point for anyone looking to put together a space themed game. I would like to note that Daniel Kole has a large number of spaceship packs for $5 dollars.
